Considering a home in ELCS?
A quick introduction to our community.
Who we are
The Estates of Lake Clarke Shores is a private residential community of 91 homes incorporated as an HOA in June 1983. We are located on the east side of Florida Mango Road, just south of Forest Hill Boulevard, in central Palm Beach County. The Estates sits within the Town of Lake Clarke Shores — a small, lakeside municipality with its own police force, full town services, and a community-first character that has defined the area for nearly seventy years.

Why neighbors choose ELCS
ELCS attracts neighbors who value privacy without isolation, proximity to West Palm Beach amenities without the noise of living downtown, and an active HOA that takes the work of preserving community character seriously. Many of our 91 homes are still owned by the original families. Several are second-generation homeowners. New neighbors arrive each year, and the board takes new-resident onboarding seriously.
Tennis & Pickleball
Tennis and pickleball courts are located at the community entrance, with key access provided to ELCS residents. The courts are owned and maintained by the Town of Lake Clarke Shores. The pickleball courts are recent additions; both court areas are in excellent condition. They're a quietly used but well-loved part of community life.
The Town of Lake Clarke Shores
The Town of Lake Clarke Shores was incorporated in 1957 and is home to approximately 3,500 residents. Lake Clarke itself anchors the community — 3.3 miles around with public access points. The Town operates its own full-service police department with 10 full-time officers, contracts with Palm Beach County Fire Rescue for emergency services, and offers parks and recreational space for residents. Family-friendly streets, low through-traffic, and easy I-95 access without I-95 noise define daily life here.
