Entryway Replacement
The Board has contracted MBG Finishers to fully replace both entryway runways with stamped concrete. The project was originally scheduled to begin Monday, July 13, but has been delayed. A new start date has not yet been confirmed. The project is estimated at approximately two to three weeks from start to completion, weather permitting.

Color is incorporated into the concrete while it is still fresh, before it fully cures. A colored hardener powder is applied to the surface during finishing, providing both color and additional durability. The color is intended to match the Benjamin Moore selection previously approved by the board, and a physical color sample will be prepared for direct board comparison before the pour. After the concrete cures, typically 1½ to 2 weeks, a clear protective sealer is applied to enhance and protect the finish. This method produces a more durable, longer-lasting finish than surface-applied color.
This project was approved by unanimous board vote at the April 9, 2026 meeting and is funded from existing reserves. No special assessment was required.

The current estimated duration is approximately 3–5 weeks, and the board is tracking the schedule closely with the contractor and will update this page and the newsletter if the timeline shifts.
